Gallatin Association of Realtors MLS covers Paradise, Gallatin, Madison, and Ruby Valleys and a lot of the surrounding areas.
To limit your search to just Big Sky make sure you enter one of the following search areas. Search area: 5BMT Big Sky Mountain - Area above the meadow 5BMV Meadow 5BCN Between Big Sky and Gallatin 5BCS Between Big Sky and West Yellowstone
Ranch Search: When searching for ranches I would leave the "Area" blank. I find the best searches when I use Min. of acres wanted. The ranch search will turn up ranches in Wyoming and Idaho. Most ranches are not listed on MLS and a lot are not even advertised. If you find a ranch that interest you contact me to refine your search.
